WHERE IS YOUR GYM?
Our gym is based in Skeoge Industrial Estate, see here.
WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
We have sessions available every weekday morning (6-11am) and evening (4.15pm-8.15pm) plus Saturday mornings (645am-12.15pm). You can come to whichever sessions suit you best.
DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO A SPECIFIC TIME SLOT?
No, using our flexible booking app, you can book into whichever sessions suit you each week.
HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED TO COMPLETE EACH WEEK?
For the 6 week challenge, we ask that you complete 5 x sessions per week--3 x SGPT and 2 x SBP (HIIT). On the schedule that's 3 x pink sessions and 2 x green each week.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
The 6 Week Challenge is £249 £199 – that includes everything, no additional costs or hidden extras.
WHEN CAN I START?
Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the following Monday.
DO I NEED TO BE FIT?
No – we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level. Whether its your first time in a gym, or you've been lifting for years, we will meet you where you are at.
WILL I GET A DIET PLAN?
We use a mix of prescriptive diet plans and nutrition coaching in the 6 week challenge. This means that you'll get a plan but also educated around building and implementing your own nutrition strategies.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?
It's your choice – you can become a full member or if you decide we're not for you, we can part ways with no hard feelings.
